Inspection of incoming goods
Raw materials and ingredients undergo a thorough inspection upon delivery. We inspect all deliveries for quality, freshness and conformity to specifications. Documents such as packing slips and certificates are also checked to ensure that the products comply with the agreed-upon standards.
Intermediate product inspections
Intermediate quality control checks are regularly carried out on products during the production process. These checks involve physical, chemical and microbiological tests to ensure that the products meet our quality standards.
Inspection of finished products
A comprehensive inspection of finished products is carried out at the end of the production process. This involves testing the finished products for flavor, appearance, texture and other important quality criteria. Microbiological analyses are also performed to ensure food safety.
