Sustainability has always been a fundamental principle of the family business Kühlmann. Environmental consciousness, combined with social and economic responsibility, is deeply ingrained in our approach.

In concrete terms, this mean using key resources such as raw materials, water, energy and air responsibly, as well as treating our employees respectfully – which we achieve through continual improvement and sustainable management.

In 2024, we achieved certification for sustainable management practices in compliance with the ZNU (Center for Sustainable Leadership) standard.

Our policiy statement

Respecting, safeguarding and promoting human rights, together with environmental protection and corporate responsibility, are core values at Kühlmann and key elements of our corporate responsibility.

The Policy Statement on human rights and environmental protection strategy was adopted by the management board of Heinrich Kühlmann GmbH. It incorporates the guidelines of the Kühlmann corporate philosophy and is supplemented by our Code of Conduct for Business Partners and our own Code of Conduct.
