Fermented, spicy and simply irresistible! Our kimchi is made from napa cabbage and carrots, packing a punch with a unique combination of spiciness, subtle sweetness and crunchy freshness. Nothing beats kimchi as an accompaniment for rice or Buddha bowls, but don’t stop there – enjoy it as a flavorful sandwich filling or in salads. Kimchi also comes into its own in German dishes – try it inside beef roulades or as a topping for crispy Flammkuchen, a thin, pizza-like flatbread from the Alsace region.
