This award is based on a number of intensive workshops and an anonymous employee survey – in other words, on direct feedback from the people who work for us.
Teaming up with an external partner, we asked ourselves “What sets us apart as an employer?”
The anonymous survey focused on the following areas:
- attractiveness as an employer, life-stage orientation and benefits
- internal and external communication
- management and organizational structure
- strategy, sustainability and digitalization
- processes and work organization
The findings of the survey confirmed that we are on the right track. We are very pleased about the consistently good to very good survey responses and would like to take this opportunity to thank all participants for their honest and open feedback. Together, we are committed to maintaining these good results over the long term and continually improving upon them.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Online application
You can submit your application conveniently online. This way, nothing gets lost in the mail and we can get in touch with you sooner. We want to get a good idea of who you are, so you’ll need to send us the following files as pdf documents:
- your contact details
- your CV
- any relevant examination certificates and employment references
2. Application review
We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as we receive your application. Our team will then look through your documents, liaising with the respective department to narrow down the right candidates.
3. Interview – we want to meet you!
If your profile fits, we’ll invite you to an interview. This usually takes place in two stages:
- Round one interview: online with a member of HR and a representative from the respective department
- Round two interview: in person with a member of HR and a representative from the respective department
4. Signing your contract – welcome to the team!
If everything fits, we look forward to welcoming you to the Kühlmann family. We’ll send you your contractual documents by regular mail, and a few days before you start, we’ll mail you all the important information you’ll need.

We want you to feel comfortable at Kühlmann right from day one! This is why we guide you step-by-step through our company during your first few days. A few days before you start, we’ll send you full details about your integration program, which will introduce you to all key departments, people and processes. And don’t worry – we welcome ALL your questions! After all, what matters to you also matters to us.
